St. Luke's Episcopal Health System is a comprehensive health system that meets the primary and tertiary health care needs of a diverse community. The system is anchored by St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital, founded in 1954 by the Episcopal Diocese of Texas, and has grown to include St. Luke's Episcopal Health Charities, St. Luke's Episcopal Health Network, , St. Luke's The Woodlands HospitalSt. Luke's Sugar Land Hospital and St. Luke's Lakeside Hospital.



A History
of Success

For 18 years in a row, U.S.News & World Report has ranked the Texas Heart Institute at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital among the nation's top ten heart centers - and #1 in the Southwest.

And in 2005, St. Luke's was again named a Magnet hospital, the highest honor a health-care organization can receive for nursing services. St. Luke's was the first hospital in Texas to win the coveted distinction for excellence in patient care.
